Number of Children to Request

As a general rule, we introduce one nanny per child. For siblings, up to two nannies may be requested depending on their ages. For twins, triplets, or siblings close in age where one nanny cannot handle them alone, we recommend having two nannies for safety reasons.

Cancellation Fees

From the scheduled start time of the nanny,
More than 48 hours: Free
24 to 48 hours: 50% of the scheduled amount (excluding transportation costs)
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the scheduled amount (excluding transportation costs)

Late-Night Charges

From 22:00 to 8:00, late-night charges apply, which is typically 20% higher than the standard rate.
If work extends past 22:00, for safety reasons, the nanny will use a taxi for transportation.

Taxi fares are to be borne by the requesting family.

Working Hours

Minimum daytime working hours: Typically 3 hours or more (varies by nanny).
Maximum working hours: 10 hours
Daytime (8:00 am to 10:00 pm)
Late-night (10:00 pm to 8:00 am)

Basic Rules

As a rule, we do not provide nanny services for sick children.
Please provide diapers, snacks, meals, etc. ※ Cooking, etc. cannot be accepted as we prioritize the safety of the children.
On the first day of requesting a nanny, please request the nanny to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your planned departure time for necessary pre-checks and familiarization time with the child.
The time for the nanny's report to the family at the end of work is also included in the working hours. Please allow enough time for the nanny to leave, about 5 to 10 minutes before the end of the shift.

Emergency Situations

In case of injury or sudden illness during the service hours, we will contact the emergency contact provided in advance. Please ensure that you are reachable at all times.
